DeMaria Building Company contracted McFate subsidiary EBI in 2019 to supply and erect a 40,000 square-foot addition and 16,000 square feet of interior renovations for the Novi Department of Public Safety. The new DPS facility includes an indoor gun range, wash bay to clean city vehicles, locker room upgrades, and interior office renovations. The project was completed in 2020.
