Quarter 3 flew by! It’s been a busy three months here at The McFate Group, full of growth and new experiences. We attended exciting events, wrapped up our project at Jackson College and, like always, our team is expanding. As we enter the last few months of 2026, our team is working hard to keep the momentum going.

highlights
MAAE 2026 Annual Fall Conference
We had a great time in Harbor Springs!
In mid-September, our Marketing & Business Development team traveled to The Highlands in Harbor Springs to exhibit at the Michigan Association of Aviation Executives (MAAE) 2026 Annual Fall Conference. The conference was a great opportunity to make more connections in the aviation industry, and we felt so welcome as new members of MAAE.
