EWF Solutions is an e-commerce company in Scio Township, MI. The building is a 30,000 square foot Butler building that consists of 5,000 square feet of office space and 25,000 square feet of warehouse space. The warehouse consists of a work room/packaging space, a climate controlled storage area and an un-conditioned storage space. At the rear of the building there are four truck docks for the shipping and receiving of products. The front façade is made up of architectural burnished block and brick along with Butler IMP panels and ACM metal panel.
