In 2015, The McFate Group was hired by Advanced Disposal, now owned by Waste Management, Inc., to supply and erect and serve as general contractor for a new metal building located in Salem Township, Michigan. The new maintenance facility is tucked into the hillside of the landfill and includes a large mezzanine, new offices, training/locker rooms, and new restroom facilities. By 2017, Advanced Disposal had outgrown their location, so The McFate Group built an addition for extra storage space, a maintenance area, along with a new round of locker rooms and a larger break room.
