In 2015, we were hired by Advanced Disposal to supply and erect and serve as general contractor for a new metal building located in Salem Twp., MI. The new maintenance facility is tucked into the hillside of the landfill and includes a large mezzanine, new offices, training/locker rooms, and new restroom facilities. By 2017, Advanced Disposal had outgrown their location, so The McFate Group built an addition for extra storage space, a maintenance area, along with a new round of locker rooms and a larger break room.
