Situated on the main street in Ann Arbor, MI., Black Pearl is a high-end seafood bar. In 2016, Black Pearl began to offer an intimate one-on-one dining experience called the chef’s counter. The entire focus is on the experience with the chef, and all the interior finishes reflect that.

O|X Studio designed the space and The McFate Group served as a general contractor for the restaurant build-out. The McFate Group worked around the clock to complete the full kitchen renovation in under twelve days.
