In 2018, DeMaria Building Company hired McFate subsidiary EBI to supply and erect this maintenance facility for the Grosse Pointe Department of Public Works after the city council approved a new DPW building on the current site. The new facility is 25,000 square feet and provides extra storage, improves their parking and vehicle circulation, and is overall a better work environment for their employees. The addition includes offices for supervisors, separate locker rooms, bathrooms, and a break/training room.
