No Thai! is a casual Asian restaurant in Ann Arbor, MI., that first opened their doors in 2005. Over the years, they have become more and more popular due to a strong local following and have expanded to six other locations including Ann Arbor, Brighton, and East Lansing. O|X Studio designed the space and The McFate Group served as a general contractor for the restaurant build-out.

The design for each restaurant is centered around the wok while the rest of the kitchen and seating wraps around the heart of the restaurant. The interior finishes consist of traditional Asian motifs such as bamboo countertops, grass pattern wainscoting, and concrete floor. Each location has custom signage that provides personality to each space, often playing off pop culture.
