Engineered Buildings, Inc. (EBI) is a subsidiary company of The McFate Group. EBI is a subcontractor that supplies and erects Butler building systems. In order to make the design portion of PEMB construction process run smoother, we’ve created six highly customizable Butler building models, ranging from 5,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet, including a precast/tilt wall option.

Building dimensions: 50’ x 100’ x 18’ low eave
This 5,000 square-foot pre-engineered Butler model is perfect for small business owners and new companies that need space for inventory, small manufacturing and packaging operations, and extra storage needs.
Building dimensions: 80’ x 150’ x 25’ low eave
Ideal for manufacturing facilities, packaging and distribution operations, and businesses with growing storage needs, this 12,500 square-foot pre-engineered Butler model is equipped with a recessed loading dock complete with a 10′ x 10′ overhead door and dock leveler.
Building dimensions: 125’ x 240’ x 28’ low eave
This 30,000 square-foot pre-engineered Butler model is an excellent option for growing transportation and logistics operations, manufacturing facilities, and packaging, distribution, and warehousing businesses. This model has a recessed loading dock with two overhead doors and dock levelers, and an optional overhead bridge crane in the warehouse.

Designed with growing logistics and supply chain operations in mind, this 50,000 square-foot pre-engineered Butler model is a fantastic way to revamp your company’s headquarters. Whether you need a manufacturing facility, a packaging center, ample warehouse space, or a transportation depot, this model is ideal for businesses that require a large industrial structure. This model contains a recessed loading dock with four overhead doors and dock levelers, and three optional overhead bridge cranes in the warehouse.

With two ten-bay loading docks and considerable warehouse space, our 100,000 square-foot pre-engineered Butler model is the optimal choice for your large industrial operation. The size and customizable nature of this design was designed for large manufacturing operations and extensive logistics enterprises. This model also has two optional overhead bridge cranes in the warehouse.

Our 100,000 square-foot pre-engineered precast/tilt wall Butler model is our only standard model that combines metal systems with pre-engineered concrete solutions. We designed this model for businesses that require a lot of space for manufacturing, packaging, storage, or transporting. This model uses Butler’s LogistX building system and has two recessed loading docks with ten overhead doors and dock levelers each, and two optional overhead bridge cranes in the warehouse.
