Hybrid steel structures combine elements of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) with those of conventional structural steel. Hybrid steel buildings are designed by Butler’s Conventional Steel Services team, and each project is engineered as a complete system to strengthen performance, improve constructability and support long-term durability. Combining pre-engineered components with conventional structural steel components allows for more architectural freedom than traditional PEMBs, too.
