We’re celebrating many exciting developments here at The McFate Group! We’re making headway at Jackson College and wrapping up at the Motor City Electric site in Lenox Township. Welcome Mark!

Mark See - Project Manager

Mark is an experienced planner and project manager with a background in the healthcare and medical sectors. He holds a Master of Architecture from University of Detroit Mercy. Mark has been with The McFate Group since August 2025.

Welcome Connor!

Connor Harmon - Superintendent

Connor is a motivated Superintendent with a background in the United States Marine Corps. He’s currently at Eastern Michigan University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Connor has been with The McFate Group since September 2025.

2025 Fall Career Fairs

Western Michigan + Eastern Michigan

On September 24th, we attended the Western Michigan University Fall Engineering Expo 2025. This month, on October 23rd, we will be at the Eastern Michigan University Fall 2025 Construction Management Industry Career Fair. We hope to see you there!
